JOB SUMMARY: The Instrument & Automation Engineer will support design and installation of the instrument, controls and automation systems for the Pikka project.
The Instrument & Automation Engineer will work closely with the MAC Manager and wider project engineering team, providing technical oversight of instrument, controls, and automation systems to ensure appropriate interface with other engineering systems. The Instrument & Automation Engineer will ensure that design standards and specifications are adhered to and that all deliverables against project timelines are met.
The Instrument & Automation Engineer, working with the MAC Manager will help ensure the ICSS system design and delivery complies with the requirements of the main automation contractor (MAC) contract. The Instrument & Automation Engineer will help facilitate interface management between the main automation contractor (MAC) and the other engineering contractors for the project elements (processing facility, seawater treatment plant, operations camp, drillsite) as well as with any third parties (e.g. connections into existing infrastructure). This role is vital to ensure the technical and execution aspects of the project receive the right engineering support required

The Gravel and Airstrip Project Lead has the overall responsibility for the engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, construction, completion, start-up, and hand-over of the Willow gravel, bridge, and airstrip scope. The Progress Planner works under the direction of the Program Planning & Scheduling Lead and will be accountable for the administration of the program progress management process and tools. The purpose of the Progress Planner position is to ensure the Project Management Team has timely and accurate progress information to assist in the decision-making process.
The Progress Planner will be responsible for conducting progress review workshops, maintaining and updating the progress database, and generating progress curves. Progress curve updates will be completed monthly and published for team use.
The Progress Planner will also provide input to project schedule updates in Primavera P6, cost forecasting, contingency management, and change management.

The Willow Infrastructure Planning and Scheduling Lead position is a working lead position performing under the direction of the Project Controls Manager- Infrastructure and will be accountable for oversight of any Willow Infrastructure planning and scheduling individuals assigned to the infrastructure team. The assignment will include participation in the Infrastructure Project Controls Leadership team and other assignments as required. The Willow Infrastructure Planning and Scheduling Lead will be responsible for participating in all Infrastructure projects planning and scheduling activities.

JOB SUMMARY: The Willow Construction Supervisor is a functional report to the Willow Civil Superintendent and is a core member of the Willow Construction Team. The position is responsible for the safe and successful delivery of the Willow Civil Program. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor are Construction Coordinators who help to oversee the day-to-day field activities and the Field Civil Planner who aides with coordinating, prioritizing, and progressing contractor work scopes. The position is accountable for reviewing engineering drawings, verifying material quantities, identifying shorts, identifying execution issues and constraints, reviewing contractor execution plans, and leading the construction readiness process prior to contractor field mobilization. Upon mobilization the Construction Supervisor is accountable for monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving SimOps issues, providing input on the prioritization of critical activities to contractor leadership, and ensuring the health and safety of all field personnel.
