  Through its merger with Oil Search, Santos has acquired and assumed operatorship over a world-class portfolio of oil leases on the Alaskan North Slope, USA. Our focus in Alaska is advancement of our Pikka Phase 1 project, which includes a single drill site, an oil processing facility, and other infrastructure to support production of 80,000 barrels of oil per day. Pikka has been identified as being among the top quartile of oil and gas development projects for greenhouse gas emissions performance. Pikka is poised to play an important role in the energy transition and is aligned with our company goal of managing climate change risk. The Pikka Unit is one of the largest conventional oil discoveries made in the United States in the last 30 years, and the Pikka Phase 1 Project is the most significant development on Alaska’s North Slope in more than 20 years. The permitted Pikka development project includes two additional drill sites. The Alaska assets also include discoveries made from both the Mitquq and Stirrup exploration   JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Midstream Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the start-up of the Midstream business and ensuring all Corporate financial obligations are met timely and accurately for each month-end close cycle, including all pre- and post-close activity for the Alaska Midstream business as well as half-year and year-end reporting. Additionally, ensuring compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) financial reporting requirements. The Midstream Analyst will also ensure a strong governance environment, providing input to midstream agreements and system requirements, and developing finance processes that maximize the value of the business.

Utilize knowledge of accounting theory and practice gained through education and experience to provide financial management support services to designDATA’s staff, management, and key decision makers. The AP Accountant will directly report to the Accounting Manager and primarily focus on Accounts Payable invoice and credit card transaction processing as well as the monthly AP close.  Additionally, this person will assist in maintaining the daily accounting operations. This individual will be diligent and detail oriented while performing specified tasks as assigned to ensure department deliverables are done accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. 

  JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Engineer is responsible for working with the Account Executive team on converting well-qualified prospects into full designDATA Managed IT Services customers.  This individual works closely with the Account Executives (sales individuals) to assist in qualifying prospects from a technology needs perspective, review Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), lead efforts to gather information on the prospect’s IT environment through technology assessments and interviews, build trust with the prospects’ points of contact by conveying professionalism and trustworthiness, develop technical strategies and project scopes to transform prospect IT environments during onboarding to both meet the prospect’s business objectives and to conform with designDATA technical standards and recommendations, and communicate this technical strategy to a mixed audience of executives and technical representatives.

According to BLM estimates, Willow could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough and local communities.   The Senior Infrastructure Engineer position will work as a lead technical position primarily assigned to one customer, comprised of roughly 600 users. The position holds principle responsibility in the areas of on-premise infrastructure and AWS cloud technologies.

  JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting applications, systems access, resolving hardware, software and network related issues. Utilize pre-defined call and ticket management procedures to identify, resolve, or escalate issues to the End User Support Technician Tier 3 and the Technical Account Manager.  Document and monitor service requests to ensure the issue resolution meets or exceeds the service level standard. Provide guidance on basic technical topics to Tier 1 technicians. Provide onsite technical support to the client when requested by the Client Technology Manager.

  JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position will be to be the sole database administrator for a large Washington DC-based organization of approximately 500 users, 100 total servers, and 10-15 SQL servers running mostly SQL 2012 and SQL 2014.  These servers are hosted in a mix of an Amazon Web Services environment and on-premise on Microsoft HyperV.  Applications running on SQL include Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics.  High Availability is in use via SQL mirroring with a witness server.  This organization is also starting a data warehousing initiative and will need the support of this position to offer recommendations, manage integrations, and to help execute this initiative.  This position will be part of a team of ~10 individuals providing IT services to this customer, will have an adjunct team of an additional~10 individuals to provide services in a shared role, all as part of a 90+ person IT organization.   Additionally, this position will also be responsible for helping to design a business practice within designDATA around database administration.  As a large IT Managed Services Provider, designDATA wants to expand our offerings to include database administration.  This includes designing what is included in this service offering, setting standards for how we would deliver this service, how to ensure the service is profitable, and what additional staffing and skillsets will be required to deliver this service.

This position works with project management staff to ensure the project’s objectives are met; and, develops tracks, analyzes and reports project cost and schedule deliverables associated with construction or maintenance projects and activities.

This position manages a broad range of projects; works with project management staff to ensure the project’s objectives are met; and develops tracks, analyzes and reports project cost and schedule deliverables associated with construction or maintenance projects and activities. On large or multiple projects, this position will not only perform all tasks related to deliverables but will manage others who also perform these tasks.

  This position plans, directs, and implements the organization's safety and training programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

  This position inspects all fabrication and construction work to ensure it is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications and complies in all respects with standards and methods set out in the project Quality Plan and with client requirements and specifications. The inspector conducts quality assurance surveillance on materials and services provided by vendors, fabrication facilities and/or subcontractors. Communication with the Quality Manager and Project Manager on a daily basis will be required.

  This position implements and administers a quality control and assurance program to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications and complies in all respects with standards and methods set out in the project Quality Control Plan and with client requirements and specifications. This position also ensures quality assurance surveillance is conducted on materials and services provided by vendors, fabrication facilities and subcontractors.

  The Project Manager is the senior presence in the field. This position has overall responsibility for the safety, quality, technical and administrative success of projects.
